Current Focus
I'm currently a Business Agent at Teamsters Local 320, a role I've held since 2020. I actively negotiate contracts, handle grievances, and represent my fellow members in mediations and arbitrations. My focus is on holding employers accountable, ensuring employees’ rights are protected, and fighting for fair, non-discriminatory, and safe workplaces.
