The vote will be done in person or through our website or the app, from the Online Voting menu.

Members in attendance, virtually, at the meeting will be able to know when the vote is called. Voting will likely commence around 7:30 or 7:45 p.m. and will close 5 minutes after the question is called. This means once the question is called on the floor, "All those in favor say aye; all those opposed say nay." Members have 5 minutes to vote. If they log in now to vote, they will not see a question. It will not be accessible until I open voting. I do recommend logging in early to confirm they are able to get in.
